Jaipur Heritage
The Jaipur city contains many heritage sites. The city was ruled by
prosperous Kachhwaha rulers who built some landmark monuments around
the place. The legacy left by maharajas has been able to attract
large number of people from all over the world. The tour operators
who conducted tours around Jaipur take ample advantage of this fact.
Heritage tours are popular not only in Jaipur but in the whole of
the Rajasthan state. Jaipur heritage tours thus form a part of
Rajasthan heritage tours. One more reason may be the small time span
covered by Jaipur heritage tour. However, there are tour operators
who offer such packages but they are not much in number and are
mostly regional operators.
The heritage tours cover various heritage places located in Jaipur
city. The heritage sites include Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jaigarh
Fort, Amer Fort, Jal Mahal, Nahargarh Fort, Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh,
Ambagarh Fort, Ragunath Fort, etc. The time span of the package is
two to three days whereas for Rajasthan heritage sites it can go up
to 25 days. The schedule of Jaipur heritage tour is as:
DAY 01
On first day the tourists are received from their travel
destinations and transferred to hotels. There is no serious activity
on the first day. The first day can be better put as the story time
day as it is about briefing the tourists.

into the past starts. In the pink walls premises the tourist get a
chance to tour City Palace and Museum, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar.

Ka Bagh and Ragunath Fort It is followed by overnights stay.
